Multigrade Sand Filtration Systems
GenX Multigrade filters are manufactured under the registered trademark GENX, In our MGF systems we use a accurate ratio of mixed coarse, gravels, pebbles ,sand and fine materials so that required pour size pour size can be created to capture both large and small suspended particles. This filter operates with a significantly higher specific flow rate than conventional filters. Activated carbon is also added to this filtration bed for absorption of chlorine, organic compounds, color and smell. During the filtration cycle, the filter layer captures dirt and suspended particles from the water and accumulates in the filter layer. As filtration progresses, the filter material is loaded with retained particles, resulting in a constant increase in pressure drop across the filter. When a predetermined pressure drop level is reached, the filter is turned off for cleaning.

Demineralization Plant
Water also known as Deionized Water, Water that has had its mineral ions removed. Mineral ions such as cations of sodium, calcium, iron, copper, etc and anions such as chloride, sulphate, nitrate, etc are common ions present in Water. Deionization is a physical process which uses specially-manufactured ion exchange resins which provides ion exchange site for the replacement of the mineral salts in Water with Water forming H+ and OH- ions.
